Abstract
In highland cultivation, flowering by different photosynthetic photon fluxs (PPFs) was as follows: Leaf area increased low PPFs (64 to 119 ¥ì§ß¡¤m^(-2)¡¤s^(-1)) than high PPFs, (239 to 371 ¥ì§ß¡¤m^(-2)¡¤s^(-1)). Flowering was accelerated at 123 to 210 ¥ì§ß¡¤m^(-2)¡¤s^(-1) PPFs that were slightly higher levels than Phalaenopsis light saturation point (130 to 180 ¥ì§ß¡¤m^(-2)¡¤s^(-1) PPF). High PPFs (239 to 371 ¥ì§ß¡¤m^(-2)¡¤s^(-1)) increased inflorescence length and diameter, and the number of inflorescence nodes and flowers. On the other hand, low PPFs (64 to 119 ¥ì§ß¡¤m^(-2)¡¤s^(-1)) decreased flower quality. Flowering period was also unequal at low PPFs.
